TradeEasy is a software program that allows you to shop conveniently from your computer from clearly categorised products, select items for a shopping basket, and then place the order either online, or print and fax it. Price lists are updated over the internet in a few seconds, along with the latest special and promotions.

  • Select products
    Browse through products by category. The viewer is able to quickly switch between different catalogues (modules). Search by product name, product description. The History shows items that have been accessed by users to facilitate quick access to products that have been previously selected
  • Shopping Basket
    Add items to the shopping basket, then browse through items in your shopping basket to confirm your selection.
  • Order Management (secure access)
    Convert shopping basket contents to an order and manage order information. Merge 2 orders together into 1 or split an order into 2 orders.
  • Import Options
    Import price lists from your catalogue supplier
  • Manage (secure access)
    Set up your information for orders, Set up user level security access, Select, Add, Delete or edit branch info. Backup or restore your order and catalogue information.
  • Catalogue Printer
     Print your own hardcopy catalogue, customised to your own needs.

WEB BASED TRADING

For companies who have continuous access to the internet, Distribution and Warehousing Network Limited will be launching an online trading catalogue allowing viewer to browse our wide range of international products and house brands. The web-based trading portal will be available in July 2004

EASY TO USE

Search by product name, or any word in the product description. Alternatively, browse by category.

A products list shows the items that match your text search or the selected category.

Highlighting the product will show any variations that are available for the chosen product. Photographs as well as additional text information may be available.
 

EASY TO ORDER

Once you have filled your shopping basket, you can create an order to suit your requirements.

Print Order
 Print the order to a printer (or fax machine) Allows you to group the order by department, or by user.

E-Mail Order
 e-mail the order to your supplier. Allows you to group the order by department, or by user. The e-mail will include image files as attachments of the pages of the order, in addition to a “.csv” file that contains the line item order information.

Export Orders to “.csv” file
 Export order information into a “.csv” file format. This format is useful for transferring information to popular spreadsheet and accounting packages.
